Characteristic of stevia

80% is pure white or light yellow crystal or powder, has very low
hygroscopicity.

Easy to dissolve in water, ethanol. When mixed
with sucrose, fructose, glucose and maltose, stevioside not only
has a more pure flavor, but also its sweetness can be multiplied.
steviol glycosides is heat-resistant, light-resistant, stable in the
range of pH 3-10 and easy to store.

High Stability
High Stability: steviol glycosides solution is very stable under
different PH and heat process. Test shows that within half a
year steviol glycosides doesn't chage in organic acid solution;
It doesn't decompose in Alkaline medium, and can prevent
fermentation, discoloration and precipitation, reduce viscosity,
inhibit bacterial growth and prolong product shelf life.

High sweetness
High sweetness: Stevioside is pure sweet, cool and long. It tastes
like sugar, but its sweetness is 200 - 450 times that of sucrose.
